Join us in supporting the next chapter of Liquid Architecture, a 22-year-old, community-founded arts organisation dedicated to championing artists on the radical edges. This fundraiser fuels our future projects, helping us continue our mission of nurturing bold voices and innovative works. Your contribution directly empowers artists and strengthens our vision for transformative sound art.
Your donation, no matter how small, will go towards supporting a new Asian initiative Soft Power Romance.
Liquid Architecture has committed $5,000 to this initiative, but with your support, we aim to raise an additional $15,000 AUD. Your contribution will directly empower artists and communities, fostering lasting connections and inspiring new works that bridge Australian and Asian creatives.

Soft Power Romance
In this new chapter we will focus our resources towards Global Majority artists in Australia and within our local region. To get this right, Liquid Architecture has launched the Asian Cooperative Soft Power Romance, a dynamic network of artists, producers, and curators from across the Asia-Pacific region dedicated to ethical, sustainable collaboration and innovative sonic practices.
This cooperative champions bold, equitable approaches to creative exchange, challenging current ideas in sound and listening, and is designed to meet the unique needs of each cultural context. Our platforms are built through long-term partnerships and are crafted to showcase new, exciting works from Australia and beyond. Your support will go towards workshops, artist exchanges, and resourcing artists to deepen their creative networks in Asia.
We exist to explore sonic relationships and practices on the radical edges of sound and listening.
We enable the realisation of works by emerging artists and sonic luminaries who use sound and listening to explore ideas, as vital works, presented in exceptional locations & circumstances.
We value being artist-first, collaboration, grit, connection and exploration.
We amplify voices & creative practices on the boundaries — especially those of our neighbours in South Asia, Asia-Pacific and First Nations and indigenous voices in so-called ‘Australia’.
